With a combined expertise in leadership development and executive coaching, they provide tailored solutions to empower clients to get better results. Their passion for guiding others to success drives the mission of Watermarq Consulting LLC.
Hilary Pawsey is a Managing Partner at Watermarq Consulting LLC, a global leadership advisory firm. She brings over two decades of executive experience in telecommunications and financial services, leading major business lines and transformation initiatives. At Watermarq, Hilary coaches executive and high-potential leaders. Her clients include global companies such as Capital One, HSBC, Deutsche Telekom, and USAA, as well as regional organizations. Hilary holds an MBA from Warwick University, a Diploma from the University of Oxford, and a BSc from Lancaster University.
Todd Heskett is a Managing Partner and founder of Watermarq. Drawing on 25+ years at Watermarq, he helps leaders elevate performance through personalized development pathways. His people development work spans finance, retail, pharmaceuticals sectors. Todd authored "Keep Your PIE Fresh" to support individuals that don't have access to corporate training, to be more successful in their careers. He holds a Master’s from Sheffield Hallam University and a BSc from the University of Colorado Boulder.
